    Default another airbag fault

So bit yesterday afternoon on the way to pick up a new pistol.

slight turn to the right out of the parking lot - ding ding ding airbag fault.

clear it - light stays - then goes out for a bit.

another jostel of the wheel - ding ding ding etc.

this goes on for about 4 more miles and if I turn enough left (about 90 degrees of steering wheel rotation) it goes back off again.

then as soon as I straighten it some - ding ding ding . . . .

Anyone else have this- is the fix easy? Can any of the BT code scanners read this? Or HP tuners?

    Thank you for your help

anybody? did I piss off someone?

is there any good info out there on code readers that grab all the CAN info.

I'm thinking about getting the scantool MX bluetooth if my HP tuners kit won't read them.

Is it possible that it is a clock spring issue? An intermittent issue like that, one that surfaces with certain movement of the steering wheel, would make me think it's clockspring related.

that's where my head goes but I want to scan it before I start in on all that - I have never taken the G8 steering wheel off and don't really want to

so my steering wheel labels do not light up anymore - which makes me lean more and more toward clockspring fail.

    damn it
