    Default Seat Belt Retractor

Curious if anyone has had issues with their seat belts locking in the position closest to the pillar. Meaning when you get into the car you cant pull the seat belt down to clip in.

I have tried pulling slowly as I know cars have a seat belt feature that locks when the belt is pulled abruptly. My car has 90,000KM on it and I doubt the dealer will warranty it due to the age and KM. Just wondering if you guys have had the same thing. I have read about the cable snapping but this seems unrelated.

    Thanks!
