Default Complete under tray, splitter and diffuser!

    Starting with the front.

Not fully complete because I have a holden bumper about to go on.
But here is what I have.

The problem with trying to make a single plane out of the front has some issues with the design of the car.
The subframe has a step in it. The lowest part of the subframe is lower then the bottom of the bumper cover.
So to make the best out of the problem I put a step in the splitter. That makes a flat plane from the bottom of the bumper to the step in the subframe. Later once it's final fit I will add an expansion area in front of the tire. That will increase down force a little and lower drag when the air hits the tire.
Picture of expansion example. You see the area open up on the sides.

After the steep it's flat under the engine all the way back to the rear of the oil pan. When the air hits this step it will speed up and add down force.
I cut out for the drain plug and oil filter for easy oil change.

Here is the splitter cut out before the step was made and the expansion area.

To mark the holes I sharpened studs to a point and put in the factory holes. The placed the splitter and smacked the bottom to mark the holes.

    The side skirts.
The frame is 1x1x.125 angle with 1x.125 flat stock.
They are mounted with the bolts of the tunnel brace and with blind nuts along the pinch weld.

I used studs in the blind nuts and the lock nuts to hold them in.

    More pictures later.

    The rear.
It's a simple frame that holds three panels.
It has two rivets into the spare tire area that could be bolts. The center panel tucks under factory plastic diffuser.

The sides are riveted to the plastic and there is a strip of aluminum for support welded to the angle that tucks into the corner of the mud flap area.
