Default HRE wheels with tps issue

I got a set of used hre 567c wheels. My work was halted while swapping the tpms from the original G8 wheel to the HRE wheel. the hole on the wheel for the valve stem is smaller on the HRE wheel so the oem tpm sensor will not fit. anyone else run into this?

Google says they are oe tpms compatible.
Perhaps they require a different size stem?

HRE is full of crap, the valve stem holes in their rims are 8.5mm. the entire rest of the planet uses the hole size of .453" (11.5mm) or .625" for steel.

going with a TPMS Strap Kit instead of drilling the HRE's, sucks but what can you do
