    Default Small oil leak

My 09 GT has 7011 miles on it, so you can tell it's a garage queen. It typically sits from late November until April. I just pulled it out today to rinse the dust off and add some air to the tires and noticed a spot about the size of my palm of oil on my garage floor. It even dropped a little while I was rinsing the car off. I check the dipstick before even firing it up and it's at the correct level.
If I remember correctly the same thing happened last year (just not as much) and once the car was run a little the dripping stopped.
I got a good look underneath and the drops seam to be forming pretty close the the drain plug. The rest of the area is very clean.

Is this anything to be concerned about? Or typical for a vehicle that sits for long periods of time? Thanks!!

Are you bringing the car to Dayton on Sunday?
Oil should not seep out when it sits. If it's near the drain plug, it's either loose, or the gasket needs replaced. Drains plugs are cheap.
You can find one online for less than $10.

    Thanks for the info!!

Yes, i'll be in Dayton tomorrow.

Its due for an oil change so a perfect time to change the gasket and/or plug.

I had planned on snugging up the plug today and hopefully that will stop the leak.
