    Default Strut/shock or coilover question

I know there are similar questions somewhere but I will ask anyway. I currently have about 70k on stock struts and shocks with H&R's and I think the fronts are going bad. Its my DD and I just wanted some opinions as which might be a better fit, coilovers or the yellow Koni's? Found both for close to the same $$ so that's not an issue. Thanks.

When I was looking at shocks and such, I took a long hard look at my driving style for 90% of the time I'm in the car and ease of install. After a lot of thinking I just went with the FE3s and SuperPro poly strut bushings. I realized that 1) as much as I'd like to I'll probly never compete in autocross and 2) the few times I drive in a "sporty" manner aren't common enough.

Pretty sure most of us wouldn't be able to tell the difference, in some spirited driving, between the 'decent' upgrade and the 'uber'. Just my .02 though, YMMV.

I don't do the autocross or anything so I would like to retain some ride comfort. I have been told by a few that the Koni's are a hard/harsh ride and to go with the BC's.

FE3 Struts, Lowering Springs will give you better comfort
    Coilovers will give better handling.

    it's a trade off.
