Yes 4" exhaust all the way to the rear axle then split to dual 3" for 2 ultra quiet resonators. The wastegate is also recirculated into the down pipe

You just want to keep the long side hot.

Well there a lot more to it. It depends on the turbo. If it's a twin scroll then it's ideal to have equal length but it's not necessary as the effect will only be caused when a big difference in exhaust flow is caused. So it may be Un even for a little bit. The turbo will spin the same anyway because it on the same shaft. Also if it's a single wastegate then the pressure will even out between the "up pipes". With Duel wastegates it would not. But the unbalance in manifold pressure can cause the cylinders to ask different from one bank to the other. Again all the cylinders are connected s it's not a big problem.
A single scroll it don't matter and like ray said just keep it hot.
These are little causes to loose efficiency. Not a big deal unless your trying to squeeze out every last bit.

I'm still interested in seeing what you used to relocate the ac pump.

well i have now decided to take this build to the next level, bought a forged ls3 short block, and throwing in a rpm stage v 4l80 with 4000 precision stall.
