Fuel Pressure transducer
I am researching FPT for a digital fuel preasure gauge. Since I have dashboss, I came across a FPT that they sell. Looking at the spec's, if I am reading it right it seems that the accuracy is not that high and also it is not that granular. See specs below:
•Input: 0-100 psi.
•Output: 0.5V – 4.5V linear voltage output. 0 psi outputs 0.5V, 100 psi outputs 4.5V
•Works for oil, fuel or air pressure. Can be used in oil tank, gas tank, etc.
•Accuracy: within 2% of reading (full scale).•Thread: 1/8” NPT.
•Wiring connector: water sealed quick disconnect. Mating connector is included.
•Wiring: Red: +5V. Black (yellow): ground. Blue (green): signal output.
•Current draw: < 4mA
•Over Pressure: > 150+ PSI
•Response time: 50ms
•SLOPE = 25 and y-intercept = -12.5
Input Pressure 0 20 40 60 80 100
Output Voltage 0.5 1.3 2.1 2.9 3.7 4.5
Are there other industrial grade FPT out there anyone has experience with that is better or is the one above as good as it gets ?
Thanks

If it says it's linear, you can extrapolate the voltages. If voltage output resolution is .1 volts, then PSI resolution should be 2.5.
Find the output voltage resolution. How much is one?

Here is my setup.

It's just a 2% cheap (<$20) eBay transducer with a metco fuel rail adapter (-4AN to 1/8" NPT). I log it in HPT and really don't pay too much attention to it. I just set a gauge to turn red if it drops below 50psi so I know to let out of it.
With accuracy, the cost goes up. There are plenty of <1% 0.5-4.5v transducers out there... Gems, Omega, Honeywell, but those will run hundreds of dollars. AEM sells some transducers as well. They are actually relabled AST4000 sensors. AEM claims 1% but AST's cutsheet says 1.5%. I guess it all depends on how accurate of data you are after. A 2% transducer on 100psi is a 2psi error, which was good enough for me.
Here is a informing thread on GM transducers over on HPT as well.

It says its it is linear.
Found out that voltage output resolution is .8 volts, not sure how to calculate PSI resolution ?
and it says Accuracy: within 2% of reading (full scale)

I may try to use the 5th gen GM FPT that is included as part of the VaporWorx kit

I used Excel to find the extrapolation. However, their alleged .8 volts doesn't seem to line up. At least in my head. LOL

This is the sensor that is used on the Vaporworkx systems. I added one to my fuel rail so I can log rail pressure. Also, there is a wiring diagram for a 5v source as well.

The sensor used in the VaporWorx kits is a GM part made by Sensata. The rated accuracy is +/- 1%, which from a practical standpoint is less than that.
From an AFR standpoint, a 1% change in fuel pressure is pretty small.

Is this because DashBoss doesn't have DashCommand's calc.frp or any of these:
Compression is King. Race-built VVT brawler hauler with Stingray tune.
Supernaturally as-pirated, all-alcohol, all-motor.
