Intro time
Well since I have been registered since January I might as well introduce myself. lurk a bit more on the other boards. the story of my G8.......
I have been looking for a while for a G8 GT with leather and sunroof and in Alberta Canada this is not an easy thing to locate.
so here is what I had the good luck in finding and getting my wife to agree to go on a road trip 4 hours each way totaling 12 hours and 890 kilometers = 553 miles round trip
1 owner MGM GT with 323 kilometers = 200. miles. As of July 22st I have 1896KM/1148 miles
The short story lady buys car in January 2009 owner of the dealership delivers and parks it in her heated garage intending to use it in summer only but never uses it.
December 2013 owner calls and want to trade it in for a Suburban for her son.
Dealership owner then picks up the car and places it up for sale on the lot for a month before anyone calls and that was me we dealt directly with the dealer owner on this sale.
Best part of the day was my wife who could care less about any car said if you do not buy it I will when at the dealership.
for far no issues and have added K&n drop in and UPR catch can.
car had never been resisted or insured to drive. I am technically the original owner according to the registry office as the "1st owner had never registered it". so I tell people I am the 2nd owner but 1st registered owner.
