    Default JBA long tube headers??

    Has anyone ran these? Any issues? I have jba shortys on my 5.3 truck and have had good luck with them

    I have them there 409 ss and they rust.
    They fit OK. Welds are shit and the v bands are garbage.
    I'd buy something else if I were to do it again.
    But I got mine sure cheap and painted and wrapped them. Plus I planed to turbo in the near future so there just temp really.
    American racing headers are quality that's what I would get.

    I had them on my old 5.3 too.

    "Made in USA" adevertised, that showed up "Made in Mexico" - i tore them a new one with fitment issues.

    409SS oxidizes, 304SS does not.

    They were OK, but I wouldn't buy them again unless they were ceramic coated. For my new truck, I'm going elsewhere.
