Would I have any problems just installing a 45 degree pipe from my muffler to the stock catback as far as clearance goes? Looking at pics of the stock exhaust, I think thats how the stock system is ran anyway. 45 degree pipe before muffler
GT has one into two, GXPs are two separate tips.

Those look like 3" inlets. The GT has offset in and center out. There is a pipe inside the stock GT tips that your can chisel out to make it a true 2 1/2" tip.
I built a jig to make my mufflers, so the angle on the radius bend is more like 93 degrees.
