Wondering the same thing.
Ordered 1-7/8" LT Kooks headers. I didn't get the coating, but did get the bolts. There was something said about having to buy an x-pipe to get the free coating or something to that effect. Seeing that I bought a used Corsa system with catted connects, I didn't need the x-pipe or connection pipes.
