    Default improve stealth mode

one thing i really hate about our stealth mode is that the speedometer stays on. is there anyway we can fix it so it shuts off like the tach and the ony thing that stays on is the driver info screen in the center?

It's a safety thing. You want to see your speed since the DIC turns off.
You am lower the brightness all the way down if warranted. Otherwise, nothing to my knowledge.

in stealth mode all interior lights including the center console and tachometer shut off, the dic and the speedometer stay illuminated. since the dic remains on and can display speed i just think it's a bit redundant, and frankly, annoying that the speedometer remains lit. i understand the safety aspect of it but i'm jealous of other cars' stealth modes, like suburbans, where the entire dash goes dark.

i've seen some of the guys' work here with the ability to change the background on our screens and such. i was just hoping someone who was just as annoyed as i was with the stealth mode had already came up with a fix that could be easily implemented.

What's the point of stealth mode? Why would anyone want to drive around with the dash off? I had a car that had no dash lights and did not think it was cool?

Keep glare off your eyes so you can see the road better. It's extremely helpful if you live in an area with no street lights that is heavily wooded.

I use it once in a while.

I use this feature every day. When I replace my second vehicle it will be a make or break option.
