So, has anyone tried the aux style system? I came across one from UPP similar to the DXP/DMS style where you tap a line off the tank and run a seperate line and regulator, runs off a Hobbs switch for boost control.
I know Vettes/Camaros/CTSVs are using a similar system and they seem to work well.
Basically you keep stock in-tank pump and lines, and the second pump and lines come on as required at a set boost level.

Would act similar to a BAP without the added voltage and load on the pump, and no touching anything in the stock fuel system.

My initial plan was CTVS/Vaporworx intank... shooting for 650 RWHP when done.

For 650rwhp you shouldn't need more than the V and Vaporworx kit. E85 might change that, but I think even then you'd be near the limits - but within - of that system.
If I was going to do the AUX pump route, I'd just email Dave@DSXTuning and do whatever he told me to.

Edit: Just read you're talking about an aux system instead of the V/VW kit. I'd do the kit and be done. The ramping feature of the VW kit is GREAT with boost as it keeps the differential pressure steady despite boost impact. Really slick, easy to tune.

After more research and talking to DSX, we have a regulator in tank that limits it to 58 psi, so even adding the aux to the stock won't allow you to add FP for boost. So I am going to the CTSV/Vaporworx to start, and keep the aux system in mind if needed in the future.
