This will be the first year we finish in April (18th) in a LONG time! Being it's a Thursday night league, we're always off for Thanksgiving, and this year we bowled right through Christmas and New years... No snow days (usually have about 2). There have been years that we bowled in June! We didn't win any legs, so no roll-offs for us. I'm ready for it to be over at this point.

I coach T-ball and of course of first 2 games are monday nights when my wife and I bowl so I have to try and reschedule games and practices. I don't ever remember getting done in May. We have a chance to make the roll-offs if we stay right where we are now, but the next 2 weeks will decide that.

    Good luck to everyone.

    Ended the year at 196.77.

Team finished 1st in overall points, but didn't qualify for the rolloffs in either the first or second half (only top 2 at each half get to roll off). I think we were 4th the first half and 3rd the second half.

Banquet is on Monday, then bowling ball goes into storage.

I am going to be in the market for a new ball next year, so if anyone has a good deal/lead on some, let me know. I like my Track 715T, and want to find something similar again.

Our league is done in a few weeks. We have a 12 and a half game lead over 2nd so we've wrapped up 1st.. I struggled mid season, got it back and then started struggling again a few weeks ago. I'll finish somewhere about 204-205 average which is about 5-10 off but oh well... The house just did a lot of renovations and started using their new oil machine so I think they are still fine tuning things. Just waiting for them to start using the new pins they have in storage containers.

Nice, I'd love to finish at 200 or up one of these years!

Nice job with the 300. Even if it wasn't sanctioned now you know you can do it.

I have missed bowling the last 6 weeks due to being out of town for work. I made it home in time to bowl with my daughter in the Rudy the Reindeer tournament on Christmas eve. I had 245-287-279 for an 811 series. She struggled a little so we didn't get anything out of it, but a good time.

    Nice congrats on the 300!!

Highest for me was a 272 .. I could not even come close to that number again.

But I have not bowled in a while due to an injury.
