    I am curious if this is known which would help maybe see a pattern, IE build date where the sub wires are correct and build dates where they are known to be bad. Long shot but might help others.

    I did this mod last night and the wires were just as everybody said they would be so I switched them and my subs sounded worse so I put them back the way they were.
