After thousands of kilometers, still a happy customer
Hi guys,
Little background: I have the Mach v1 w j pipe cat back and solo hfc. I've had my cat back from November 2009 and hfc from june 2010.
Situation: after many thousands of kilometers of happy driving I was cryising with the window down and realized a vibration of my exhaust and it seemed louder then usual. It was about 1pm and I was in the area of Zoro and just wanted to stop in and see if they could take a look for a consultation. The manager jack and crew (shout out to ray) had about 45 min until they closed up shop and were ready to get their weekend relaxation on. Walking in the door I was warmly welcomed right away. They got me on a hoist in 2 minutes even though it was extremely busy and I'm sure other customers had appointments.
Diagnosis: upon review my muffler had cracked open(thanks to all the power of solo. Haha)
Resolution: the boys quickly replaced the whole section with the brand new part. In and out in 30 min. What a great operation.
Outcome: solo and Zoro stands by their work and materials. Great service. If
