Yes you will have audio while moving, video is the only thing that shuts off at 2.5 MPH. Chris White is the solution for video above 2.5 MPH

Yes I still have sets ready to ship. The supplier I have used for the last year stopped selling Apple products so I had to find another supplier and they were a little higher priced, so I had to do a slight price adjustment also. They are $70 shipped as of last week.

I haven't tested a nano personally but if it allows for video output on the apple plug you should have audio and video output on the G8 head unit with these cables. I have yet to find an apple device that had video on the device screen that doesn't do composite out. This does not mirror the devices screen it allows audio and video output form apps on the phone like the iPod app and so on...
