If you haven't done VIM on your G8 and you're using the 1/8" input jack to listen to "stuff," you don't know what you're missing. I find it a safety benefit to be able to see all my MP3 player info on the larger screen versus fiddling with the device and trying to look at the 2" square and drive, etc. etc. etc.
This is a great deal - and it is so awesome to be playing a video on the Infotainment screen. GM should have given us a USB port in the first place, but that will never get solved. This is as close as you can get.

Only have one unit for now but there will be stipulations as to return time, time with the unit etc so I don't see too much of a problem with scheduling. If we get a ton of people ordering at one time I'll look into another unit however they aren't cheap unfortunately.
