    Default Battery Charge Level

My G8 GT was delivered on September 2, 2008. About two weeks ago I discovered how to enter the "Engineering Mode" of the DIC. At that time I noted that the Battery Charge was 81.7%. I checked today and the Charge Level is 75.6%. Battery voltage is 14.7 V. Can someone interpret this is 75.6% Battery charge Level? Is there a problem? What is the expected reading? Thanks!

Do you take short trips? My BC level was 96% when I brought it home. A few weeks ago, it was 59%. The car turned over pretty slow. After driving it for a while it went up to 65%.
I'm going to guess there are going to be some dead batteries this Winter. I think I'll push my blue button tomorrow and talk to Onstar to get it setup. Yep, I never did it.
Then, when it won't start, they can get me all fixed up with a new battery for the Winter storage.
It's been so cold, I tell everyone my G8 is in cryogenic state.
    Rest in Peace Charlie!

My battery SUCKS! My 1998 F150 with the stock battery turns over better than my G8. I will replace my battery with an Odyssey soon I think.
