    Default Roto-Fab Ram Air

At one point in time, I read on Roto-Fab's website that they were developing an add-on for their CAI that would make it a true ram air system, does anyone know if they are still pursuing this?

I haven't heard much in over a year. I think they abandoned the idea.

I sent an e-mail to roto fab requesting a piece to hook up a scoop to bring in more fresh air. They replied with "yes we were going to do this but our concern is water being able to get in". So I doubt they are going to do this. You could make a scoop your self a lot have done it

try reading this,a lot of info here of what others have done.

Check PeterG22000's threads. He removed the back of the honeycomb on the left side lower grill. I had him do it to mine when he painted them. I modified my Gr***8 lower panel to guide the air back to the intake opening and for good measure put some steel screen over the intake opening. it's not ram air but I can get plenty of fresh air in!
