I got everything working finally except, I keep blowing my fog light fuse. It's a 15 amp fuse and it almost looks melted..I'm not using a heavy duty harness. Any suggestions besides using a harness?

They come on for a second, then go right off. I know they are plugged in + to - and all that stuff. Should I try reversing them? I think I had to do that to the fog lights on my 04 GTP
