    Not necessary. Every instruction has to be made idiotproof these days.....but they keep making better idiots.
    On the front left of the fuel rail is a black plastic cap, unscrew the cap and underneath is a small shrader valve.
    If you can let the air out of a tyre without killing yourself, then you can work out how to de-pressurise the fuel rail also.

    How do I separate the injector connectors? It just says to do it, but I can't find the release mechanism.

    It's kinda hard to explain. Pull up on the center tab then you push down on the outer part and release it up...i think.

    Hopefully the rest of this cam swap goes better, just trying to get all of this electrical and vacuum crap out of the way sucks!
